At CONRADO, we want you to love your sustainable pieces, which is why we offer returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached to remain eligible for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging or a secure mailer, ensuring the packing slip is included inside.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
